Motivation? Where is it?

Hello, my name is Michelle and I would like to motivate everyone into a healthier life style.
There are many avenues and roads one can take to reach these same goals. There are people that can talk or communicate through blogs like I am.. However.... Where does this inner TIGER come from.....Im on a mission to find my Inner TIGER!!! Maybe if you help me find mine it may help you find yours! A little about myself is that I am 5 foot 7 and 285 lbs. I have been trying to lose weight and get down to 145 lbs. I have tried many things. Weight Watchers, diet pills, energy supplements....I like the next person feel like putting all the hard work and effort into losing weight is overwhelming and too time consuming. The naked truth is that, well there is no fast way to do it. One has to buckle down and get right to it. I mean that!!! The problem is how do I. My goal is to lose the weight, the want and desire is there, but where is the commitment? Where is the get up and go? If you are like me, then I can honestly say that you have to look deep within yourself and ask the following questions,
1. How do you react to the word EXERCISE?
2. Did you know if you want something done right, do it yourself? (Meaning no Diet pills) (Some things you may need help with such as exercises and advice) Oh a word of advice;
if you follow step three, you have already kick started your change in life style.
3. How are my eating habits. (if your metabilism has nothing to burn - Well its not Working) As an example; your body burns calories by digesting food. Of course you need to eat things like a high protien diet with your complex carbs, but have six meals a day two hours apart, and don'tforget the water, drink 250ml of water between snacks and meals.
4. What if you make a mistake? So what! Remember you are only human and there is room for error, it is never too late to pick up your new life style change.
5. What about all of the diets the media recomends? Remember again, all those other diets and lose wieght now pills or the word diet itself is well lets break it down. (DIE IT) Not a verypositvie thing is it. But wait!!! A new Change, A new Life Style is. That is where we need to go. That is where we need to focus. Eating habits are hard to change but give it time and don't beat yourself over the head. Enjoy Life but use common sense.

    There is no better way to feel better about yourself in a difficult time. When times are tough with your life style change, eating better and exercise sometimes doesn't seem like enough?

    Sometimes you need to pamper yourself. This isn't just for women. Come on men you need to pamper yourself to; well at least once in a while.
